Max single barrel loads are 250 lbs.
The various sizes of our rack lines should cover all your rack plating requirements.
Maximum tank size is 14'L x 4'W x 7'D.
We have both barrel and rack EN with a tank size of 23"W X 42"L X 30"D. Our EN line went into production in the Spring of 1999, just another result of continuing customer feedback.
In the fall of 1997 we added a new hot bath (285° F) black oxide line (maximum width is 36") to further accommodate our customer's demands.
In the summer of 2012 we added an even larger line with a tank size of 94"L x 36"W x 24" working depth.
In 2011 we added a new zinc phosphate line with a tank size of 14'L x 14"W x 7'D to handle longer pieces for the oil field industry.
